Pearl of the Pacific Boracay Beach Resort is located at Bo. Balabag, Boracay Island, on the highly sought after beach area called boat station 1. Pearl of the Pacific Boracay Resort has a wide tropical garden blend with one of the most spacious beach area’s on the island.
Pearl Boracay Resort has over 60 rooms on a seven (7)-hectare beach and mountain lot. The Pearl Boracay Resort is shaded by coconut and fruit-bearing trees and tropical rainforest like gardens.

Pearl Resort is comprised of a five (5) 2-3 storey building-enclaves Mediterranean style. Two of the buildings house the guest rooms located in the garden area each with verandahs offering splendid view. The third will house the future reception, lobby, karaoke bar, game room, gift shop, two chapels and business center strategically located at the foot of the hillside area. The Maharlika Executive Suite Building is located in the absolute beachfront area or poolside offering a cosmopolitan luxuries like air-conditioned rooms, fully tiled and marbled toilets with hot & cold water, refrigerator, cable TV, international direct dialling phone and furnishings exclusively designed by one the countries top designer and exporter of quality furniture. Beside the Premiere Suites is the main restaurant building, Princesa Rita restaurant-an enchanting Alfresco restaurant specialty of which are seafood and grills and the Principe Alberto Bar for Drinks, cocktails, coolers and fruit shakes. A Function/Conference Hall which can accommodate 60-100 persons, perfect for watching Boracay's famous sunset as it commands a panoramic view of the whole beach is located at the Mezzanine of the hallway between the restaurant and the suite-room building.

The last building houses Deluxe Rooms- - complete with aircon, cable TV, fully-tiled and marbled toilets with hot and cool water and an International Direct Dialling phone and two (2) Suite Rooms at the hillside with a lush tropical garden and cascading man-made waterfalls into a pond towards the garden area. Atop the hill arise two-layered swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and a Club House with a health spa and sauna bath. A flight of steps for the guests from the garden area to hike up the hill to enjoy all these and savor the breathtaking view of the beach from the top. Mini vans to service the guests are available from the beachfront to the hillside and vice-versa. Hillside rooms are located off the main beach and perched above the pool area. An outside elevator is provided to take guest up the hillside for those who do not like to climb stairs. Hillside rooms are offered at a lower rate but they give guest a beautiful tropical view with opening views to the ocean.
